Amilcar Teixeira
Amilcar is a senior executive with over 40 years of experience working in large mining and metals companies. He has extensive experience in Strategy, Business Development, M&A, Project Coordination, Due Diligence Investigations (DDI), Market and Feasibility Studies, for National and International companies, such as Vale, Gerdau, Mitsubishi, JFE Steel, Tata Steel and Rio Tinto.
Amilcar has experience in leading large teams and complex transactions, such as M&A Projects for Vale, including MBR, FERTECO, SAMITRI/SAMARCO, Bahrein Pelletizing Plant (GIIC) and Moatize Coal Project in Mozambique, as well as other important M&A processes in Hydro Power and Steel Making Plants in Brazil and abroad, mainly in the Americas and Africa.
He is Brazilian born and holds a Bachelor in both Metallurgical and Production Engineering. He brings to our team a global business culture and an in-depth business experience of Americas and Africa mining and metals industries.
