Marcelo Crocchi
Marcelo is a senior executive with 20 years experience working in the banking and energy industries in finance, strategy, business development, M&A and corporate restructurings for National and International companies, including roles with the Brazilian Bank Itaú, the Italian energy company Enel and the spanish Endesa.
With extensive experience in Infrastructure, O&G and Power projects, Marcelo has a deep understanding of the Latin America markets and business environment, having been closely involved in many transactions and strategic initiatives (business integrations, turnarounds, restructurings and growth) in the region during the last 12 years. He is Brazilian born and also an Italian citizen.
He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a MBA with major in Corporate Finance and Energy, with extensive executive development training including University of Chicago Booth School of Business (US), SDA Bocconi (Italy) and IESE Business School (Spain). He brings to our team a global business culture and an in-depth business experience of Latin America infrastructure and energy sectors.
